But with our self care tracker it’s much easier to motivate yourself to check in with how you’re feeling and progressing at the end of every day. The more you use this the more you’ll be able to monitor how well you’re taking care of yourself in different aspects of your life and will be able to grow so much more. All you need is a set of pens in four different colours, first you’ll want to colour in the different square keys at the bottom (one for sleep, mood, food/water & productivity) then at the end of each day simply rate each of these sections out of ten on the chart.
